The Handyman

bad poetry

A handyman I do think of myself
Fix everything from tools to a shelf
Sure sometimes things don’t always work
But it is no good reason to go berserk

My wife she is not so full of praise
Not ever fond of my repairing ways
She’s thinks I’m hopeless at fixing appliances
I tell her it’s not like studying the sciences

She has little faith in my technical ability
She actually claims I suffer senility
But being a good hubby I fixed her alarm clock
And when she wakes up tomorrow she’s in for a shock

  1. When I read the words, handyman, I always think of “hand”e “man” with great appreciation. : )

  2. I feel that, mate. It’s all good.
